In cooperation with a catering company and a social operator, they built a modern restaurant inside the prison, which operates under the inventive name InGallera.



The restaurant runs from Monday to Saturday and aims to make prisoners learn work, on the one hand, and get in touch with the “outside world”..

The capacity reaches 50 to 60 people. The four waiters, as well as five cooks, are prisoners who serve their sentence. Eating the dishes has different chefs working with the prison each time and of course a measure for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

External collaborators except that they cook and teach the prisoners. In order to implement the ambitious program, many companies collaborated, offering all the necessary equipment (chairs, tables, lighting, work benches, refrigerators, kitchens, etc.).
