In Liuzhou, Guangxi province, a new city of 30,000 inhabitants will be born in an area of 1.75 square kilometers on the banks of the LiuJang River.

It will give nearly 900 tons of oxygen. It will be powered by renewable energy sources and will be connected to an electric train with Luzhou. It will be completed by 2020.
