Jiaozi are a kind of Chinese dumpling, popular in Chinese cuisine other parts of Asia and in Western countries.

Jiaozi consist of a mincemeat and vegetable filling wrapped into a thinly rolled piece of dough, sealed by pressing the edges together. They can be dipped in spicy sesame oil, after boiled, steamed or pan-fried. Click the next ARROW to see the next image!
